When was opened the seventh seal, all was in silence in the sky for about half an hour. And the angel took the incensory, he filled it with the altar fire and he threw it over the earth and there were thunders, voices, lightnings and an earthquake.

Why a nation does close lines in favour of five of its citizen imprisoned abroad under espionage accusations? For the Cubans it is easy to understand it.
Five countrymen in United States fulfill condemnations - some of them surrealistics because of their amount, circumstances and speculations-, «the major espy country of the world» and paradoxically, the one unable to detect in its own umbiculus, the hardest blow from Pearl Harbour.
One of the various official versions about the surprise factor of the attacks against the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon - and the enormous logistics that it presupposes - is that the CIA and others espionage agencies depended too much on the electronic sniff instead of the agents that could infiltrate the terrorist organizations.
Another of the versions, not less macabre, it is that they didn't impede the disaster because they didn't want it… or because they were amused combating the terrorism with terrorism. Because of the transcendence of the hecatomb, for many people, September 11 rises as the before one and the after one of the third millennium. However, the ninth month and the 11th day - more or less journeys - as an apocalyptic seal, they seem a thrilling cabal for other parts of the planet. How ever, as in the universe laws things are related one to another, but frequently the analysis is imposing to understand them…
THE TWELVE SEAL
December 10th of 2001 year- four months and one day after the WTC or Twin Towers disaster - took place a view at the court in which the general attorney was clamouring severe sentences against the five Cubans accused for espionage. Seventeen days later was the last session against those incriminated.
In this way finished a trial during which rare omissions and no less strange presences happened, also incredible pressures and a crazy race against time to obtain a political victory dressed with a judicial gown.
An article, published in San Petersburg Times, left the following statement: «Considered as the biggest trial of spies in the history of the Florida Strait, in fact, the case has not got any attention from the national press. In some way it can be explained by the electoral period, unusually intense in Florida (…) but it could also have something to do with that described by a potential jury, wasted later, who considered the Five Cubans case as a five Mickey Mouse espy case whose actions didn't have really any consequence for anybody than for those of the Cuban exile hysterical community in South Florida»
Certainly, Gerardo Hernandez, Rene Gonzalez, Ramon Labañino, Antonio Guerrero and Fernando Gonzalez, have carried out actions of Intelligence, but NOT in government institutions of the USA. The fact is that they had penetrated until the bone several terrorist organizations, responsible for crimes in many corners of the American continent with headquarters in United States, which are boasting out their American government support.
About the espionage accusation, a report of the Sun Sentinel ironically noticed: «this was not a James Bond glamorous world, I mean, they were not those kind of super espies very often seen at the movies films, nor even the cocktails nights, nor even the deluxe cars; they had simple lives and very adjusted budgets ».
Among the rarities that jumped up during the whole process, there was the fiscal office negative to the application presented by the defender lawyer, Joaquin Mendez, to have access to the long way of investigations carried out by FBI about more than enough terrorist organizations and their head-leaders, documents in which was known that names as Luis Posada Carriles, Orland Bosh, Sergeant Andres Nazario, Hubert Matos, Ramon Saul Sanchez and Jose Basulto, will appear as well as the organizations Alpha-66, Omega-7, PUND, Foundation National Cuban American (FNCA) and Siblings to the Rescue. The office was opposed alleging that: «the defense sought to change its trial in a trial to the groups of ‘extremist Cubans’ exiles in Miami»
In such a way were going on things that horrible day in New York City. The same day, Tuesday, September 11th, the five Cubans, already accused, rejected the crime. One of them communicated to the authorities of the prison that he offered his blood as a donation, and another one asked his wife to tell the Cuban people, on behalf of all of them, their disposition to collaborate in what ever was necessary to the American people.
THE ELEVEN SEAL
The official investigations for the events of September 11th of 2001year, in New York and Washington Cities, from the same day of their beginnings, started to generate a polemic opinion, and they still lift suspicious mistrust.
Many alternative visions continue appearing, among which stands out Thierry Meyssan´s - The great imposture and Pentagate´s author – writer and journalist, whose polemic and disturbing analysis lies over that percentage of American people who has a doubtful opinion about the official version.
For some people, Osama Bin Laden continues being the demon in the Earth, for others a new Salah'din who chooses the Twin Towers «as his architectural victim from its theatrical terror». For no less, the saudita one – for sure, a creation made in USA, as the Talibans and Al Qaeda -is under American government protection, as the last card of the pack.
According to a confidential FBI memorandum from Phoenix (Arizona) agents, by the middle of the 2001year, urged the investigation about all the Arabians inscribed in every American aviation school, especially in Florida. However, the Principal of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the American President, George W. Bush, considered explicitly that such a report could not prevent attacks.
Still today is heard the echo of a group of senators petition demanding an independent investigation about the FBI research, due to the mistakes on the Oklahoma attack, Richard Hansen’s espionage and Rubby Wright and Waco’s assault cases, because « the Agency has become unmanageable, doesn't assume any responsibility and it is no longer reliable for too many American minds », said the Senate Judicial Commission President, Patrick Leahy.
The United States President during a lot of time insisted on the fact that an independent of the government investigation would distract the attention of its crusade against the terrorism. Around one thousand and 200 foreigners were secretly arrested and imprisoned since then up to now, according to the USA Human Rights Watchers report.
THE TENTH SEAL
On Saturday, September 12th 1998 at 5h: 30min a.m. - two years, 364 days, 18 hours and 14 minutes before the demolition of the Twin Towers -, in an operative action of the Federal Bureau of Investigations ten supposed members of a group of Cuban spies were stopped and they were driven to the FBI Headquarter in Miami. After several hours of «convincing» induction to collaborate and to betray, in exchange for certain promises, pressures and blackmails, they couldn’t get it from the Five Cubans so; they were transferred to the Federal Detention Centre (FDC), in the same heart of Miami Downtown. From May month of that year the territorial FBI Boss was Hector Pesquera who swiftly warned about the arrest Ileana Ross Lehtinen and Lincoln Diaz-Balart, two of the bloodiest enemies of the Cuban Revolution.
Three months and twenty days before, the authorities of the «Cuban security» (DSE), in an exchange with the FBI had gave an enormous dossier about the terrorist activities against Cuba. The FBI recognized being impressed with the abundance of the evidences… and they added two plus two: the result was the operative one against those infiltrated in the terrorist bands, gangs that everybody knew that existed and manoeuvred from Central America and even from the same United States.
Lapsed less than a month — October 2nd of 1998 year — and without even knowing still the real identity of three of the accused, there was formulated the Federal Jury cause which orchestrated a judicial process for espionage acts, conspiracy, combining espionage acts with the fact of being foreign agents.
The American Procurator of Justice said, a bit later after the guiltiness verdict, that everything was a «victory for the citizens’ rights of this country». In the American - Cuban Foundation, in the headquarters of the terrorist organizations -among them the sadly famous CORU and Homeland and Freedom - and in the reactionary circles of Miami, the toasts for the finishing off should seem a mixture of Halloween with Thanks Giving day. Were aloud heard voices of certain individuals whose names appeared in certain FBI list —list to which the defender of those inculpated could not consent.
THE NINTH SEAL
September 21st of 1976 —25 years before the WTC demolition— a bomb placed in an automobile, in the same centre of Washington D.C., killed two persons: the Chilean Orlando Letelier del Solar , 44 years old, former ambassador of President Allende's Government in USA, and in charge — since 13 days before the Fascist blow — of the Ministry of External Relationships and Defense, where the only civilian was the own Minister. The explosion produced him a traumatic amputation of its inferior extremities and the immediate death because of the bleeding. Also died his secretary, the North American Ronnie Moffitt, 25 years old, from the of Public Studies Institute who died for the aspiration of her blood, laceration of the larynx and the right carotid artery. En the vehicle also travelled Ronnie´s husband, Michael Moffitt who, miraculously, saved his life.
Among the assistants to Letelier funeral was the United Nations Cuban ambassador during that time, Ricardo Alarcón of Quesada who said: «It was especially painful to attend (…). I promised then do not to rest until was made justice in its case ».
The American justice due to the significance of that fact began an investigation which should take out in clear three conclusions: that there was «a DINA (National Intelligence Direction of Chile) agents participation in the murder— as much in their planning as in their execution—»; that the «highest authorities of that Chilean service of Security were involved»; and that in the execution of that crime «an anti-Castro secret group members helped inside the United States and supported as much in the bomb elaboration as in its placement so that made explode the victim's vehicle».
But such and so many evidences were apparently uncomfortable: it is, for the Chilean agents that were committed on it, the actions were made in the own United States and some anti-Castro participants received «an extra-official» support of the White House.
The North American secret apparatage took note —facts, circumstances and names— and hide the file..
THE EIGHTH SEAL
The pinochetist assonate of September 11 1973 -also one Tuesday and three years before the death of Letelier - it was certainly the worst in the colophons of a sinister and macabre plot that in turn generated other plots, not less sinister.
Months before, the success of the Chilean Popular Unit around Salvador Allende was too notorious, and so much that the Ambassador from the United States, Edward Korry, recommended an urgent secret operation of the CO. to prepare a preventive coup.
She/he makes sure that Henry Kissinger, secretary of State of it USES, she/he had declared then: "I don't see why we have to stay to the margin and to observe to a country to become in communist due to the irresponsibility of their own town. A super secret -presided over Committee 40 for the own Kissinger, together with representatives of the Department of the State, of the CO. and of the Pentagon -, a massive electoral intervention, but he and the director of the CO. valued, Helms concluded that it would probably cause a strong reaction. As old foxes in political and intrigues, took out in undoubtedly the military assonate was counteractive before the elections.
Simply it was necessary more time.
AS IN THE LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE…
A meeting created in Chile on April 25th of 1990 year, called National Commission of Truth and Reconciliation, investigated the human rights violations during the military dictatorship. From that period —September 11th of 1973 up to March 11th of 1990 year— it gathered data for a dossier. The commission, known popularly as the Retting Commission, studied abundant antecedents—included the Letelier case —, inside of Chile and abroad.
One of the better known from the Chilean military meeting, the general in retirement Manuel Contreras, former director of the extinct Address of National Intelligence, in the last years has provided abundant declarations to the Supreme Court of Chile and to the USA Federal Justice Court, according to which «the CIA sub-director, general Vernon Walters, informed the President of the Republic of Chile (Augusto Pinochet) about that Orlando Letelier constituted a danger for the United States security as affirmed CIA informations, establishing that it had been proved that he was working as a KGB spy inside the USA territory» (…) and that « in accordance with that was planned in Bonao´s meeting, in Dominican Republic, and to the previous CIA sub-director agreement with Chile’s President, this last one prepared in a personal, exclusive and direct way the action of (...) Michael Townley against Mr. Orlando Letelier del Solar, ordering Townley to leave to the United States on September of 1976 and to execute the plan that had been elaborated on May of 1976 in Dominican Republic.»
Testimonies, published in the North American press of those days, refer that in a CORU meeting on June of 1976 in Dominican Republic and presided by Bosch, were agreed many misdeeds: included Letelier murder and the Cuban airplane explosion.
According to a memorandum directed to the State secretary, Henry Kissinger, dated on October 18th of 1976 year, affirming that… after the arrival of Bosch to Caracas on September, he declared during a dinner to collect funds that “now that our organization has done Letelier´s job with a good image, we will treat something else”. It is attributed to Posada Carriles a monstrous phrase, told a few days later, “we will hit a Cuban civil airplane and Orlando (Bosch) has the details”.
A FBI document, dated on November 2nd of 1976 year, tells about contacts in Chile, one year before, among Bosch, Guillermo Novo and people from “Homeland and Freedom”, from whom was the agreement of murdering Letelier. The National Security Archives, a group from G. Washington University, offered in its web site several misclassified documents, demonstratives of those crimes, and about Orlando Bosch’s and CORU relationship with Orlando Letelier´s murder. Many of those implied walk freely for the USA streets.
In spite of the enough evidences in favour of the five Cubans and that an Atlanta Court underrated a good part of the decisions of the trial against them since a bit more than a year, the Five Heroes continue imprisoned. And anything has changed.
Today, the world has changed also to be worst. The «individual» terrorism, the provoked one for «fundamentalists groups», and that one «state terrorism» continues being a crack in Pandora’s Box.
It has been perfectly defined by Noam Chomsky, the well-known north-American thinker: «the events of September 11th in United States represent a devastating blow for the Palestinian-Israelis negotiations». Only two places in this world suit these results.
1 The North American president knew about the disaster news being in Booker, an elementary teaching school in Sarasota, Florida, 8 kilometres at the international airport, Sarasota-Bradenton Airport, but for a while -a quite long while, as was known – took an unknown direction, for 24 hours.
2 The report of the Cuban DSE consisted of 230 pages, five videos with conversations and information transmitted by the television chains about terrorists’ actions against Cuba and eight audio cassettes of two hours and 40 minutes, about Central American terrorists(detainees in Cuba) phone exchanges with its mentors abroad. In those documents, repeatedly, appeared individuals of Cuban origin names known by their terrorist activities against Cuba.
3 It was the first time that the ex-general Contreras imputed to Pinochet directly as the responsible for the murder of the Chilean ex-canceller, although it was not the first occasion in that referred to the CIA participation. That hint was always discarded by the Chilean tribunals that considered that it was a mere strategy of Contreras to avoid the responsibility of the DINA.
